COO - Chief Operating Officer Location: India (Remote) Experience: Minimum 5 Years Job Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization’s productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees. You will be responsible for playing the leadership role in the sales function of the Company, planning and directing all aspects of sales and marketing, including new customer acquisition and existing key account management. Responsibilities Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research Participating and contributing to the development, execution and achievement of the Company’s overall growth strategy.
