CFO - Chief Financial Officer Location: USA (Remote) Experience: Minimum 5 Years Job Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization’s productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees. You will be responsible for playing the leadership role in the sales function of the Company, planning and directing all aspects of sales and marketing, including new customer acquisition and existing key account management. Responsibilities Responsible to oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including planning, budgeting Fundraising through appropriate and economic means, Manage and control Banking/treasury functions, coordinating, communicating & liaising with banks. Strategize and provide leadership, direction and management of the company’s overall Financial Governance. Collaborate with the Leadership Team, Alignment with global team, Investors, Banks, Board of Directors & External Regulators for audits & funding needs Responsible for overseeing the company’s fiscal activity, including planning, budgeting, reporting and auditing. Manage investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments. Implement formal budgeting, forecasting and reporting systems to measure and communicate performance results internally, to the Board of directors. Collaborate with the Leadership Team, Alignment with global team, Investors, Banks, Board of Directors & External Regulators for audits & funding needs Financial planning and budget management operations while ensuring adherence to accounting principles and regulatory compliance. Budgeting, Cash flow, Revenue, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing, Pricing, Profitability Analysis, Variance Analysis, MIS. Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary. Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company. Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs. Monitor and apply relevant legislation, policies and procedures Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.
